"My inspiration for IKEA PS 2012 pendant lamp came from both classic pendant lamps and from modern LED technology. With LED technology, light diodes can be built into the shade itself, which reflects the light and makes it less harsh. It gives an even better light to read, eat and work in, quite simply. There are many advantages with LED. For instance, did you know that LED bulbs use up to 85% less energy than traditional incandescent bulbs and have a lifetime of up to 20,000 hours?"
