Little 'manor' with five floors in Antwerp North. We are painting the hard wooden floors white and the walls pastel. The house is filled with a combination of old furniture from family, Ikea/Habitat, personal art, plants and fancy leftovers (Rubelli fabric, mohair carpet) from the hotel we work at. We also have a little courtyard that we call our garden. There is still a lot to do, but we don't see that as a burden.

Personally I'm not into the whole thrift store hype and I'm not a big fan of retro stuff. I believe in the cliché of using as much white as possible, although I try to force myself to use color. I've liked pastel colors ever since I watched Edward Scissorhands, and often use gold. Take a long time to look for nice lighting because that's the hardest thing to find if you don't have a fortune. Keep everything bright and try to put a lot of plants in your interior.
